Healthcare Recruiter

Overview:

The recruiter must have at least 2 years experience in the healthcare field. The recruiter is a health care professional that possesses a distinct body of knowledge, which is obtained through educational and professional experience. The duties of the recruiter ensure a balanced relationship between ACES, the facility and the perspective travel healthcare professional assigned to such facility.

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrates skills in interpersonal relationships and effective oral communication methods used appropriately, written and verbal.
  2. Demonstrates experience in the healthcare setting for at least 2 years.
  3. Works well under pressure.
  4. The ability to build lasting relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  5. The ability to drive sales through networking and relationship building.
  6. Basic computer skills
  7. Flexible availability to ACES travel nurses for questions and concerns by phone or email.
  8. Demonstrates professionalism in communicating with clients at all times.

Responsibilities:

  1. Specialized in obtaining prospective recruits for future healthcare professionals traveling with ACES.
  2. Serve as liaison between healthcare professionals, ACES and facility.
  3. Conducts problem solving for healthcare professionals and facility when indicated; and directs unsolved problems to
  4. Executive Directors of Clinical Operations of ACES.
  5. Works independently with a strong commitment to being a team player.
  6. Assists with healthcare recruitment, satisfaction and retention activities.
  7. Responsible to develop and maintain a professional relationship with potential healthcare professionals through the application process.
  8. Maintains and builds relationships of healthcare professionals over telephone utilizing excellent customer service and communications skills.
  9. May have weekly/monthly goals for the number of contracts completed.

Senior Account Manager

Overview:

This position demands proficiency in communication skills and the knowledge base of a health care professional through education and professional experience. The function is to assist the management team through actively maintaining and/or acquiring potential clients and developing relationships ensuring the growth of ACES. A crucial part of this job will be assisting the management team by aligning perspective travel nurses to fulfill the specific needs of the facility while maintaining a balance and relationship of exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to work independently and include executives on all client activities.
  2. Active Registered Nurse license (state of employment)
  3. Proficient in computer skills; word document, creating spreadsheets, and other
    necessary computer skills that management requires.
  4. Demonstrates skills in interpersonal relationships and effective oral communication
    methods used appropriately, written and verbal.
  5. Work history shows experience in the hospital setting and client relations for a minimum 2 years with reputable references.
  6. Ability to work in conjunction with management team.
  7. Ability to drive sales through networking, willingness to travel and meet with active clients or prospective clients if necessary.
  8. Reliable, works well under pressure, tolerant, and consistently encouraging the growth of the corporation by working diligently with the executive team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively respond to and follow up with active clients and prospective ones by telephone, email, fax, and personal visits.
  2. Monitor and report on client activities and provide relevant management/executive information.
  3. Create supportive ACES/client contracts to promote and initiate good business practices and maintain financial stability in conjunction with executive team.
  4. Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  5. Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools any systems and update relevant information held in these systems.
  6. Develop relationships with active and potential clients and promote specific specialty areas to fulfill the facility needs.
  7. Work daily on securing new clients to promote growth of business.
